Latex Urinal Condoms - Original, Extra Thin, 26mm.These urinal condoms are made from natural latex and are largely free of chemical residues.They have a plugged hose attachment that can be connected to all leg and bed bags with or without an adapter.Urinal condoms are used for external urine diversion into a urine collection bag in males with urinary incontinence or when external urinary diversion is desired for other reasons.The application is carried out on intact skin.

Hygiene and wearing time

When handling continence products, the hygienic guidelines of the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) should be observed.In order to keep the risk of infections low, it is important to observe hygiene standards when handling.It is recommended to change the condom after 24 hours at the latest.

Application and preparation

Wash the skin thoroughly in the entire intimate area and dry well.When used on damp skin or on skin that has previously been treated with greasy or moisturizing products, the adhesive effect is limited.An erection is not absolutely necessary for the adhesive process, but an erection can make the adhesive surface more stable and prevent pinching.Optionally, a drape can be put on so that the pubic hair does not stick together or hinder the bonding process.

Fixing the condom

The urinal condom can be fixed to the penis with a medical adhesive tape or skin glue (e.g. SAUER skin glue) suitable for the skin.Please note the manufacturer's instructions.

Set buffer zone

The length of the buffer zone, which serves to intercept spontaneous urine, can be determined individually.To do this, the condom is unrolled to the desired length of the buffer zone before it is fixed on the shaft of the penis.

Fixation with SAUER skin glue

Unroll the buffer zone as far as desired and place the condom on the foreskin without pulling it back.With the other hand, apply the skin glue to the penis in a ring - as little as possible, but as much as necessary - from the middle of the penis shaft towards the base of the penis.Spread the glue.An adhesive area of 2-3 cm wide is sufficient.There must be a gap-free adhesive film all around.Allow the adhesive solvent to evaporate.If too much solvent remains in the adhesive, the condom will be attacked and tear.Roll the condom over the adhesive penis shaft with one hand while the other hand holds the penis stretched.Press the condom carefully all around and then smooth out any longitudinal folds and air bubbles.

Fixing with adhesive tape

Apply the tape to the penis in a spiral and overlapping manner, but not too tightly.Do not stretch the tape.Then unroll the buffer zone as far as desired and place the condom on the foreskin without pulling it back.Apply slight counter-pull to the base of the hose.Roll the condom over the taped penis shaft with one hand while the other hand holds the penis stretched.Press the condom carefully all around.

Removal of the ring

The ring remaining behind the adhesive surface can be cut off or torn off completely with rounded scissors if you fear pressure points or if the penis retracts sharply when urinating, for example.Due to the risk of injury, sharp scissors must not be used.The incision should be circular so that the condom does not tear.When cutting or tearing, press the condom onto the adhesive surface at the same time.

Connection with the bag

Slide the tube end of the condom onto the adapter of the bag and press it slightly all around.For bags without an adapter, push the hose attachment directly onto the inlet hose.Make sure that the buffer zone and the inlet hose are neither twisted nor kinked.

Removing the condom

Remove the condom after 24 hours at the latest and pull it off or roll it up from behind towards the tip of the penis.Do not pull too hard to avoid damaging the skin.If necessary, the bond can be loosened with an oily pad.Carefully remove any adhesive residue.
