Instructions for use for Equitop Gonex pearl granules

Equitop Gonex pearl granules is a special feed for regulating and stabilizing joint and connective tissue metabolism in horses.It is available over the counter and can be used without a veterinary prescription.

Composition and ingredients

The pearl granules consist of sucrose, New Zealand green-lipped mussel extract (GLME) and glucose syrup.It also contains the following nutrients: crude protein (9.4%), crude ash (4.6%), crude oils and fats (1.5%) and crude fiber (1.7%).Further information about the additives is available from the manufacturer.

Feeding recommendation

For small and large horses, it is recommended to feed around 25 grams (equivalent to one measuring spoon) of Equitop Gonex pearl granules daily.Foals and ponies receive around 13 grams (equivalent to half a measuring spoon) daily.The pearl granules should be given with the crib food, although wet food should be avoided.If necessary, the daily dose can be doubled.

Equitop Gonex should be given for at least four weeks.Depending on the initial situation, an improvement in the horse's condition can be observed after two to six weeks.For older horses, sport horses or according to a veterinary recommendation, continuous and interval doses are also possible.

The nutrients contained in Equitop Gonex promote the stability and elasticity of the joint structures and are suitable for horses of all ages.In healthy and growing horses, it provides important building blocks for joint and connective tissue metabolism.Heavily stressed and sport horses benefit from the increased stability and elasticity of the joint structures.In aging horses and horses with joint problems, Equitop Gonex is used to support treatment of the musculoskeletal system.

Storage instructions

Equitop Gonex should always be stored tightly closed, dry and at temperatures below 25 °C.
