Use and consumption recommendations

Adults take one capsule three times a day with sufficient liquid.The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.Amino Acid Vitamin GPHcapsules are not a complete food and are therefore not suitable as a sole source of nutrition.

The product contains the following nutrients per 3 capsules: 450 mg glycine, 450 mg L-phenylalanine, 450 mg L-methionine, 120 mg vitamin C (150% of the recommended daily dose), 45 mg myo-inositol, 5 mg nicotinic acid amide (93% of the recommended daily dose), 2 mg vitamin B6 (142% of the recommended daily dose), 1.5 mg vitaminB2 (107% of the recommended daily dose), 1.1 mg of vitamin B1 (100% of the recommended daily dose) and 100 μg of biotin (200% of the recommended daily dose).

The nutritional values per 3 capsules are 18 kJ (4.28 kcal) energy value, 1.05 g protein, less than 0.01 g carbohydrates and less than 0.01 g fat.Per 100 g, the product contains 990 kJ (236 kcal) energy value, 57.57 g protein, 0.25 g carbohydrates and 0.20 g fat.

Ingredients

Amino acid vitamin GPH contains glycine (24%), L-methionine (24%), L-phenylalanine (24%), ascorbic acid (6%), myo-inositol (2%), nicotinamide (0.8%), pyridoxine hydrochloride (0.1%), riboflavin-5-sodium phosphate (0.1%) and thiamine hydrochloride.The capsule shell is made of gelatin and contains the colors titanium dioxide, iron oxide, Ponceau 4 R, quinoline yellow (may impair activity and attention in children) and patent blue V.

The pack contains 60 capsules with a total weight of 36 g.The product should be stored in a dry place at room temperature, out of the reach of small children.

Amino acid vitamin GPH is gluten-free, lactose-free and yeast-free.It contains phenylalanine.It should only be used under medical supervision.
