Ellafem is really great and highly recommended for menopausal symptoms. I have noticed a significant change in my hot flushes and sweats in particular since I started taking Ellafem. I can sleep better again at night and no longer wake up with annoying hot flushes. For this reason alone, the product has definitely been worthwhile. All in all, I am completely satisfied!
