The BD Vacutainer Safety Lok 21 G 18 cm blood collection set is a versatile tool for blood collection and short-term infusions of up to two hours.It offers a high level of user comfort and protection against needlestick injuries.
Product features
After the puncture, the integrated protective shield is pushed over the cannula and completely covers it.An audible click signals that the protective shield has irreversibly locked into place.The safety mechanism can be activated with just one hand, allowing the user to pay more attention to the patient and the puncture site.
The high elasticity of the wings provides good grip and support during puncture.The blood collection set is equipped with a Luer adapter.The cannula has a size of 21G (0.8mm) and a length of 19mm.The hose is 178mm long and the color coding is green.
