Fortimel Energy is a high-calorie drinking food that was specially developed for patients with a functional gastrointestinal tract.This product is available without a prescription and is particularly suitable for people with increased energy needs, such as those with tumor diseases or severe infections.

Use and dosage

Fortimel Energy can be used for both exclusive and complementary nutrition.For exclusive nutrition, 5 to 7 bottles per day are recommended, while for supplementary nutrition, 1 to 3 bottles per day are sufficient.The exact dosage should be based on a doctor’s recommendation.Before use, the product should be shaken well as it is ready to use and tastes best when chilled.

Per 100 grams, Fortimel Energy contains 630 kJ/150 kcal energy value, 5.8 grams of fat (of which 0.7 grams of saturated fatty acids), 18.4 grams of carbohydrates (of which 6.7 grams of sugar) and 5.8 grams of protein.The salt content is 0.23 grams.

Storage and origin

Fortimel Energy should be stored in a cool and dry place.After opening, the sealed bottle can be stored in the refrigerator for a maximum of 24 hours.The product comes from Germany.
