Drinking nutrition in different flavours I was allowed to test Fresubin in several flavours as drinking nutrition and as a cream. Fresubin at home The parcel with Fresubin drinkable food arrived at my home. Well, looking at Fresubin and drinking it was self-explanatory: said and done! My husband didn't like the taste of the chocolate that much, I found it (uncooled) quite nasty, but I'm also a chocolate expert, so unfortunately I have to advise against this variety! The other flavour, cappuccino, was okay though, slightly better chilled than unchilled. The vanilla pudding was ok in terms of flavour, but the consistency was too thick for both of us. The forest fruit variety travelled with us to the riding stables and tasted good. Fresubin in the riding stable I had Fresubin with me several times in the riding stable, as a hunger suppressant and "meal" for in between. It was definitely a suitable product for this purpose. In terms of quantity, it was within the tolerable range, because you shouldn't do sport on a full stomach, and yet you were satiated for the next two hours. I had three delicious flavours with me: forest fruit, raspberry and vanilla. I had previously stored them in the fridge and they were still cool to eat as they were waiting for me outside. I can highly recommend these three flavours, although I removed the drinking aid and drank them straight from the bottle without the cap. Fresubin in the office Fresubin has also found its way into the office. My work colleague, who has lost 10kg due to illness, jumped on it straight away. He often left me a sip - nice, isn't it ;-) Fresubin was enjoyed chilled and unchilled, but we often agreed on the flavour. This colleague will continue to use Fresubin, the others were not quite the target group. The apricot-peach, strawberry and lemon flavours were okay in terms of taste, but could have been a little more intense to cover up the aftertaste. The natural Fresubin (no flavour) was not quite to our taste, as the aftertaste was too intense.

Used correctly, this product helps you to lose weight very reliably despite the price. I drink 2 drinks with my usual meals and have already achieved initial success. It was important to me not just to gain weight in an unhealthy way, but also to get the vitamins I need. At first I had digestive problems because of the fibre, but now everything has settled down. I have already placed my second order.
