Optifast Drink Vanilla contains skimmed milk powder, milk protein, maltodextrin, vegetable oils, fiber, minerals, fish oil, vitamins, flavoring, sweeteners and coloring.Contains a source of phenylalanine.

Optifast Drink Chocolate contains skimmed milk powder, milk protein, maltodextrin, vegetable oils, fiber, minerals, low-fat cocoa powder, fish oil, vitamins and sweeteners.Contains a source of phenylalanine.

Optifast Drink Coffee contains skimmed milk powder, milk protein, vegetable oils, maltodextrin, fiber, minerals, coloring, coffee powder, fish oil, vitamins, flavoring and sweeteners.Contains a source of phenylalanine.

Optifast Drink Strawberry contains skimmed milk powder, milk protein, maltodextrin, vegetable oils, fiber, minerals, fish oil, flavor, vitamins, coloring food beetroot powder and sweeteners.Contains a source of phenylalanine.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the above ingredients, this product should not be used.

Dosage

Recommended consumption of Optifast Selection Drinks & creams: Replace one or more meals daily with a product from the Optifast Selection Drinks & creams.Add the contents of one sachet to 200 ml of cold or warm water (max. 50 °C) and stir with a whisk or shake well in the mixing bowl until the powder is completely dissolved.Then let the product soak in a cool place for 3-5 minutes and consume it straight away.

If necessary, calorie-free or low-calorie seasonings, such as fresh herbs, can be added to drinks, creams and soups.Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds to avoid the formation of lumps.It is best to rinse immediately after use.

The recommended daily consumption amount must not be exceeded.Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a healthy and balanced diet and should be kept out of the reach of children.

It is important to maintain a balanced and varied diet as part of an active and healthy lifestyle.The Optifast products only fulfill the intended purpose as part of a low-calorie diet; other foods must be part of this diet.

Store in a cool and dry place.Cover the prepared product well and consume within 6 hours at room temperature or within 24 hours if stored in the refrigerator.
