Very good I lost 5 kilos in one week.

I was allowed to test OPTIFAST SELECTION for a while and I am amazed at how tasty it is (compared to other slimming products) and I particularly liked the vanilla cream. It tastes great of vanilla and not at all unnatural. The consistency of the drinks is also okay, but not my favourite. I've lost about 2kg in that time, although I've also supported this with walking. I find OPTIFAST very pleasant as an evening meal and will continue to include it in my diet.

I tested this product for 3 weeks and lost 3 kilos. Replacing one meal is enough. It's great that you can choose between shake and cream. The feeling of hunger is gone for hours. I can recommend it to others

I was allowed to test this product and am pleasantly surprised by the flavour. The variety is great. I particularly liked the coffee flavour. The chocolate flavour helps especially when you have a sweet tooth. Just the right product for me to replace a meal. Now it will be easier to make my holiday pounds disappear.

The shakes and creams taste better than expected, actually like vanilla and chocolate, for example, are filling for around 4 hours and have helped me to lose 1.5kg in a week. That's a result to be proud of.

The shakes and creams taste good and keep me full for a while, especially chocolate. They help me to replace a meal during a diet, save calories and fulfil my protein requirements. I like the fact that they contain different flavours so I can try out which one I like.

You can drink the shakes from time to time, the creams are not my favourite. The shakes don't have the usual sticky aftertaste, and they taste particularly good ice-cold. A good substitute for breakfast.
