Dosage

The Optifast Drink Banana Powder can be easily mixed in 200 ml of cold or warm water and replaces a full meal for breakfast, lunch or dinner.To prepare it, add the contents of one sachet to 200 ml of cold or warm water (max. 50°C) and stir or shake the powder until it is completely dissolved.The product should be consumed immediately after preparation.Leftover heated food should be discarded.
