Dosage

Recommended consumption Optifast home cream vanilla powder: All Optifast® products can be consumed cold or warm, depending on your preference.Add the contents of one sachet to 200 ml of cold or warm water (max. 50 °C).Discard leftover heated food.Stir the powder with a whisk or shake well in a blender jar until completely dissolved.Consume the product immediately after preparation.
