The ingredients of the Rheila salmiak pastilles include potato and wheat starch, modified starch, the sweeteners maltitol and isomalt, 7.6% ammonium chloride, 6% licorice root extract, the gelling agent gum arabic, wheat gluten, table salt, star anise oil, aniseed oil, natural flavor, the dye vegetable charcoal, vegetable oil from coconut and rapeseed as well as the coating agents white beeswax and carnauba wax.Liquorice root extract naturally contains sugar.
