Mode of action

Ipalat® throat lozenges classic contain anise, fennel, menthol and primrose root.These ingredients soothe the throat and refresh the respiratory tract.Slowly sucking the lozenges stimulates the flow of saliva, which moistens the mouth and throat.A film forms on the mucous membrane so that inflamed areas of the mucous membrane are covered.

The ingredients of Ipalat® throat lozenges classic include stabilizers such as gum arabic, sugar, dried glucose syrup, honey, humectants such as glycerin, menthol (0.3%), primrose root extract (0.18%), bitter fennel aroma and star anise aroma.

Ipalat® throat lozenges classic are suitable for hoarseness and coughing, sore throats and scratchy throats, as well as strained voices.Plant extracts can have a supportive effect and relieve symptoms.The throat lozenges contain extracts from primrose root and are available in a tall container with a pop cap.

Dosage

Depending on the severity of the symptoms, 3 to 12 lozenges can be sucked slowly throughout the day.Ipalat® classic throat lozenges are suitable for children, although care should be taken to ensure that the child can suck the lozenge to avoid choking.
