Mode of action

The cleaning substance in Lenscare Clearsept is a 3% peroxide solution that has a disinfecting and slightly bleaching effect.Peroxide is great for cleaning plastic materials.The very high cleaning effect is achieved by a catalyst system.The special container has a small disk made of platinum at the bottom, which neutralizes the peroxide when it comes into contact with the solution.Lenscare Clearsept gently cleans your contact lenses without chemically attacking them.

Active ingredients of Lenscare Clearsept: 100 ml contains 3.00 g hydrogen peroxide and 0.08 g sodium chloride in an isotonic, buffered solution.The catalyst is made of polyphenyl oxide (PPO) with a platinum oxide coating.

Contraindications

If you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients mentioned, the product should not be used.It is suitable for all soft contact lenses except colored lenses.

Dosage

Add the neutralizing tablet to the peroxide solution.The solution is slowly neutralized as the tablet dissolves.After complete neutralization, which is indicated by a yellowing of the color indicator, the contact lenses can be used again.You will also need a saline solution to rinse the contact lenses.
