Use and consumption recommendations

The capsules should be taken three times a day, morning, afternoon and evening, one capsule with sufficient liquid, without chewing, with meals.If you have difficulty swallowing, the contents of the capsules can also be taken with other foods such as yogurt or muesli.Alternatively, the product is also available as granules, which can be stirred into 200 ml of still water or fruit juice daily and taken with or after a meal.Long term use is recommended.
