The product contains 400 mg pomegranate juice extract, 40 mg vitamin C, 2.5 mg zinc, 10 µg selenium and 2.5 µg vitamin D3 per capsule.Per daily serving (2 capsules) there are 800 mg pomegranate juice extract, 80 mg vitamin C, 5 mg zinc, 20 µg selenium and 5 µg vitamin D3.The reference amounts for the daily intake of vitamins and minerals for adults according to EU-Regulation 1169/2011 are 100% reached for vitamin C and vitamin D3, 50% for zinc and 36% for selenium.There are no reference quantities for pomegranate juice extract.
