Area of application
The areas of application of Euphorbium comp. SN are derived from the homeopathic drug images.These include chronic inflammation of the paranasal sinuses, also known as sinusitis, and tubal catarrh.No prescription is required for this product.
Active ingredients / ingredients / ingredients
An ampoule of Euphorbium comp. SN with a volume of 2.2 ml (corresponding to 2.2 g) contains the following active ingredients: Pulsatilla pratensis in dilution D2 with an amount of 22 mg, Luffa operculata in dilution D6 with an amount of 22 mg, Hepar sulfuris in dilution D10 with an amount of 22 mg, Euphorbium in dilution D4 with an amount of 22mg, Hydrargyrum biiodatum in dilution D8 with an amount of 22 mg and Argentum nitricum in dilution D10 with an amount of 22 mg.Active ingredients 2 to 6 are potentiated together over the last two stages with water for injection purposes.The ampoule also contains water for injections and sodium chloride as other ingredients.
Dosage
The dosage and method of use of Euphorbium comp. SN depends on individual needs.Adults and children aged 12 and over can inject one ampoule daily for acute conditions.Use beyond one week should only be carried out after consultation with a homeopathically experienced therapist.In chronic forms, an ampoule can be injected subcutaneously, intramuscularly, intracutaneously or, if necessary, intravenously 3 to 1 time per week.If the symptoms improve, the frequency of use should be reduced.It is important not to use a double dose if a previous dose has been forgotten.If you have any further questions about use, you should consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Contraindications and precautions
Euphorbium comp. SN must not be used if you are allergic to any of the active ingredients or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.If you have thyroid disease, the product should not be used without medical advice.If you have persistent, unclear or new symptoms, you should consult a doctor.Like all medicines, homeopathic medicines should only be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding after consulting a doctor.There is no adequately documented experience with use in children under 12 years of age, so the product should not be used at this age.
Side effects
After using Euphorbium comp. SN increased salivation may occur.In this case the drug should be discontinued.When using a homeopathic medicine, the existing symptoms may temporarily worsen, which is known as initial exacerbation.In such a case, the medicine should be discontinued and a doctor should be consulted.
Composition and storage
Euphorbium comp. SN contains 0.9 mg of alcohol (ethanol) per ampoule, which is equivalent to less than 1 ml of beer or 1 ml of wine.The small amount of alcohol has no noticeable effects.The medicine contains less than 1 mmol sodium (23 mg) per ampoule and is almost sodium-free.Effects on the ability to drive and use machines have not yet been reported.If the recommended dosage is adhered to, no influence on the ability to drive or use machines is expected.Medicines should be kept out of the reach of children.The expiry date is printed on the container and outer packaging.The medicine should not be used after this date.For Euphorbium comp. SN no special storage conditions are required.
