Lady's mantle herb tea contains lady's mantle herb as an active ingredient.One filter bag contains 0.6 grams of lady's mantle herb.The lady's mantle plant is a low perennial herb with grey-green, large lobed leaves and inconspicuous yellow-green flowers in panicles.It occurs in Europe, Asia and North America.The main ingredients are tannins such as agrimonium and flavonoids.Mainly extracts of the dried herb are used.

Contraindications

Dosage

Adolescents aged 12 and over and adults can drink a cup of lady's mantle tea 3 to 5 times a day.To do this, one or more infusion bags are poured with around 150 milliliters of boiling water and left to steep for around 10 to 15 minutes.The total dose should not be exceeded without consulting a doctor or pharmacist.Without medical advice, the medicine should not be used for longer than 2 days if the symptoms do not improve.
