Definitely not a bad product, but for the fact that it is so hyped, the evidence on the scales is limited for me.

I recently bought the product and took it according to the instructions. The whole thing did not help me . I haven't lost any weight .

Unfortunately, I developed a severe rash from the product and had to stop taking it. I then read that it is made from crab and I am also allergic to fish protein. It should be better labelled.

In principle, I have my doubts about such "remedies". But after 2 years of simply not getting rid of 4kg of Christmas fat, I tried it 6 weeks ago. With fabulous success! The 4kg have gone in the 6 weeks - without me having to change my diet (e.g. cake every day). So my tip to everyone - try it! I'm continuing now and just hope the success stays!!!!

The product does not help you lose weight. I have put on weight in the last 2 years and ordered it despite a few less favourable reviews, some of which were positive. Do sport every day or every 2nd day. Jogging, cycling, strength training. Eat 2 healthy meals a day. Have also given up sweets and alcohol in recent months. Taken 2 x 2 tablets as instructed and have not lost any weight. The preparation is almost used up. People with positive reviews have probably changed their diet and exercise and have therefore been successful. I had already paid attention to a healthy diet and exercise beforehand and was hoping for the tablets, as I have not managed to lose weight again. Without success.
