The Algerotex quilt is equipped with special covers made of particularly tightly woven cotton.These covers have a zipper that prevents mite droppings from penetrating the fabric as allergy triggers.At the same time, skin flakes, the mites' main food, are prevented from penetrating the quilt.This causes the mite population to die off.Despite the dense weave, the fabric remains skin-friendly and breathable, ensuring a comfortable sleeping experience.

The medicott process also prevents mold and mildew from forming and thus preventing spores from forming as further allergy triggers.This process does not use any chemical agents such as fungicides, microbicides or bactericides.This protects the cotton fiber and increases the durability of the covers.

The covers of the Algerotex quilt are made of 100% cotton and are subject to strict quality control according to Eco-Standard 100. These testing and control regulations guarantee consistent quality and human-ecological compatibility.

All items are particularly durable and can be washed frequently at 95°C.They are also tumble-safe and can be dried in any dryer.
