Instructions for use

For a cup of rooibos tea, use an infusion bag.You can sweeten the tea with honey, maple syrup or rock candy as desired.The taste can be further refined by adding milk.Make sure to pour the tea into boiling water and let it steep for at least six minutes to ensure safe food.
