Our especially high-quality Bitterstern tea consists of a careful selection of herbs from the original Bitterstern. Complemented with subtle notes of nana-mint, sage and lemongrass, you can expect a fresh bitter herbal tea delight that is also suitable as an iced tea on warm days.

Application:
To achieve the highest possible homogeneity of the herbs, it is recommended to mix them again before consumption. Pour 1-2 teaspoons per cup (200 ml) with sparkling boiling water and let the tea steep for 7-10 minutes. Drink a cup of freshly prepared tea infusion 1-3 times a day. The longer the infusion time, the more intense the bitter taste. Cover the tea during steeping to prevent the loss of valuable ingredients through water vapour. Refrain from sweetening the tea in favour of the valuable bitter taste. And finally, enjoy the tea slowly and in small sips as a ritual and pleasure in hectic times.

Composition:
Fennel, dandelion with root, angelica root, bitter orange peel, ginger root, nana-mint (5.5%), Iceland moss, sage (5%), gentian root, lemongrass oil (1%).
