Dosage

Pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over a filter bag and let the tea steep, covered, for about 10 to 15 minutes.Then remove the filter bag.Unless otherwise prescribed, drink a cup of freshly prepared tea 3 to 4 times a day half an hour before meals.
