Personally, I found the ampoules too aggressive on the tongue. That's why I switched to the granules, which are dissolved in water. It also gives me a better feeling for the sake of the environment. But the effect seems the same to me. The flavour is like very concentrated multivitamin juice. The 2 tablets are neutral and are swallowed.

Really helpful, even if I don't know exactly what's wrong with me yet and just feel a bit tired. For colds and illness anyway! Best taken with a meal, then even my sensitive stomach can tolerate it.
