Instructions for use of Apis Mellifica D3

Apis mellifica D3 is an anthroposophic medicine that is used to harmonize the heat organism and to structure metabolic processes in the case of localized inflammation and disorders of the peripheral metabolic organization.Areas of application include, for example, tonsillitis, inflammatory diseases of the lymphatic vessels, ovaries and fallopian tubes, rheumatic diseases and itchy skin rashes.

Important notes

No prescription is required for this product.Apis mellifica D3 to D20 must not be used if you are hypersensitive to bee venom.There are no known contraindications for Apis mellifica D30.If you have blood in your urine, have a fever or if symptoms persist for more than five days, you should consult a doctor.Apis mellifica D3 liquid dilution for injection should not be used in children under 12 years of age as there is no sufficiently documented experience.During pregnancy and breastfeeding, the medicine should only be used after consulting your doctor.

Application

Always use Apis mellifica exactly as your doctor has told you.The usual dose for adults and children aged six years and over is 1 ml injected subcutaneously two to three times a week to once a day.Small children from one to five years receive 0.5 ml as a single dose, infants in the first year of life receive 0.3 ml. The potency level suitable for the treatment is selected by the doctor according to the respective clinical picture and prescribed individually for the patient.The subcutaneous injection is usually carried out in the thigh, the outside of the upper arm or the abdominal region.After cleaning the injection site, form a fold of skin and insert the injection needle at an angle.Pull back the syringe plunger slightly.If blood appears, a blood vessel has been hit.In this case, repeat the injection at another location.If no blood appears, inject slowly, then pull out the needle and briefly press the injection site with a swab.In any case, it is recommended that you learn the injection technique from a person who is experienced in it.

Treatment of the disease should be completed after two weeks.If acute inflammation does not improve after two days, a doctor should be consulted.The duration of treatment for chronic illnesses requires consultation with the doctor.Do not use a double dose if you forget to use it previously.

Side effects

When injecting Apis mellifica D3, harmless redness may occasionally occur around the injection site.There are no known side effects for the liquid dilutions for injection from D6.If you notice any side effects, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

Drug name Apis mellifica D30, 1 ampoule contains: Active ingredient: Apis mellifica Dil.D30 1 ml. Isotonized with sodium chloride.The medicine must not be used after the expiry date stated on the ampoules and carton.Do not store above 25°C.
