Dosage and instructions for use

Adolescents aged 12 and over and adults should take a third of the prepared tea, around 4-5 grams (one teaspoon), before meals, morning, lunch and evening.The total dose should not be exceeded without consulting a doctor or pharmacist.To prepare it, boil a teaspoon of devil's claw tea with half a liter of water, leave it covered overnight and then strain it through a tea strainer.The tea can be drunk cold or warmed.

The duration of application is in principle not limited.However, if symptoms persist for a long time or recur regularly, you should consult a doctor.Overdose may cause diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, dizziness and headaches.In this case, a doctor should be contacted immediately.If a dose is missed, the next dose should be taken as usual without doubling the dose.
