OPSITE FLEXIGRID is a sterile film dressing that was specially designed for superficial, dry wounds.The transparent polyurethane film allows for easy wound inspection without having to change the dressing.The film is also waterproof and bacteria-proof, which allows the patient to shower and protects against secondary infections.The water vapor permeability prevents skin maceration.The dressing has a grid application aid that makes it easier to measure and document wound healing.

OPSITE FLEXIGRID is clinically proven and promotes moist wound healing in superficial wounds.It is ideal as a secondary dressing and for the prevention of pressure ulcers by reducing shear forces.The bandage is characterized by rapid and painless wound healing and has a particularly skin-friendly polyacrylate adhesive.It adapts well to moving parts of the body such as joints and can remain on the wound for up to 14 days.The bandage is also latex-free.

Areas of application

OPSITE FLEXIGRID is indicated for superficial wounds with little to no exudate, such as superficial decubitus ulcers, minor burns and scalds, abrasions and lacerations, and lower leg ulcers in the final stages of wound healing.The bandage protects the skin from friction and external contamination.
