I have been using the adhesive cream for 35 years now. I think that speaks for itself. Although I only have a poor alveolar ridge, the upper denture sits firmly in place all day long. I can eat almost everything. I only have to glue the lower one in more often. But the jaw is almost flat there too. It's not the product's fault.

I had expected much more, as the adhesive cream is not exactly cheap.
