I have now done this test for the second time and the values are roughly the same as those from the doctor. It is extremely easy to carry out as every single step is explained in the instructions. It doesn't hurt and you can save yourself a trip to the doctor. Absolutely recommendable.

It took me a bit of effort at first with the finger prick. But then it was really easy. The test is great - better than at the doctor's, because you also get really well explained information, with recommendations on what to take, specially tailored to your results. Good information about the status of the test by email...receipt of the sample...arrival at the lab... App is extremely simple and easy to use. I am very satisfied with this test. In addition to vitamin D, the vitamin D metabolism is also tested.

This test is really practical because you don't have to go to the doctor. It is really easy to carry out and almost painless. The results report arrived quickly and was very informative.

Because of my office job, I have suspected for some time that I have a vitamin D deficiency and now that the sun is coming out less and less, I discovered this test to check it. As I was not quite sure from various reports whether I needed vitamin D or not and opinions differed on the internet and among doctors, I simply ordered the test to see whether I needed vitamin D or not. Taking the final sample was quite easy and after just 3 days I had the result that my vitamin D levels were sufficient. I will therefore repeat the test 1-2 times a year to rule out over- or underdosing. I also like the fact that the test is cheaper here than at my GP's, where I would have had to use it as an IGEL service.
