Each capsule contains 200 mg of pure, first quality golden millet oil.The capsules contain the following ingredients: golden millet oil (59.7%), wheat germ oil, glycerol monostearate, zinc citrate, vitamin E, emulsifier: soy lecithin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, thiamine, riboflavin, biotin, capsule shell made of fish gelatin, humectant: glycerin.
