Instructions for use for ABC heat cream
ABC Heat cream is a topical medicine to relieve muscle pain in the spine area in adults aged 18 and over.The active ingredient capsaicin, obtained from the chili pepper, stimulates blood circulation and inhibits the transmission of pain signals for a long time.The cream is odorless, absorbs quickly and does not leave a shiny film on the skin.

Active ingredients and ingredients
100 g of cream contains 0.75 mg of capsaicin and the following excipients: cetomacrogol 1000, cetostearyl alcohol, citric acid monohydrate, isopropyl myristate, sodium citrate, sodium hydroxide, thick paraffin, propylene glycol, purified water, methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate (E218) and propyl 4-hydroxybenzoate (E216).
Contraindications
The cream must not be used if you are allergic to the ingredients, on damaged skin, wounds or eczema.It is not suitable for children and young people under the age of 18 as there is insufficient experience.During pregnancy and breastfeeding it should only be used after consulting a doctor.
Dosage and application
Apply the cream sparingly to the painful area of the spine three times a day (1-2 g of cream per application; 1 g corresponds to a strand of approx. 4.2 cm) and rub the cream in well.Treatment should be continued until pain relief, but not longer than three weeks without medical advice.After each use, hands should be thoroughly cleaned with soap and water.
Side effects
Possible side effects include skin redness, feeling of warmth, hypersensitivity reactions such as hives or blisters, burning, stinging or itching.If such symptoms occur, use should be stopped and a doctor or pharmacist should be consulted.
Warnings
Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, tongue or lips.Do not scratch the application area to avoid skin injuries.Avoid applying additional heat during treatment.Large area application should be avoided.The warming effect only occurs some time after application.
Storage
Store the cream at a temperature not exceeding 25°C and keep it out of the reach of children.After opening the tube, the cream must be used within 6 months.Dispose of the empty tube in household waste.
