Doppelherz iron + vitamin C + L-histidine tablets contain the following ingredients: L-ascorbic acid, microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, iron fumerate, L-histidine, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, fatty acids, cross-linked carboxymethylcellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids, starch, talc, silicon dioxide, glycerin, iron oxides and iron hydroxides, pteroylmonoglutamic acid,Cyanocobalamin.

The composition per daily serving (1 tablet) is: iron 10 mg (71% NRV), vitamin C 200 mg (250% NRV), L-histidine 100 mg, folic acid 300 µg (150% NRV), vitamin B12 3 µg (120% NRV). NRV stands for nutrient reference values according to EU-Regulation 1169/2011.

Application and dosage

The recommended use is: Take one tablet daily without chewing with sufficient liquid.One tablet corresponds to 1.5 kcal/6.2 kJ and 0.02 BE, which is particularly important for diabetics.
