The ingredients of the BetterYou Boost Vitamin B12 Direct Spray include water, sweetener xylitol, natural apricot flavor, acidifier citric acid, methylcobalamin (B12), preservative potassium sorbate, green tea extract and chromium (III) chloride.Four sprays contain 1200 µg vitamin B12, 40 µg chromium and 0.50 mg green tea extract.
