Kephalodoron® 0.1% tablets

Kephalodoron® 0.1% tablets are an anthroposophic medicine used to treat migraines and vascular-related headaches.No prescription is required for this product.

Migraines typically manifest as moderate to severe headaches that are often unilateral and described as pulsating, throbbing, or pounding.Physical activity can worsen the pain and is often accompanied by nausea and vomiting.

The unique composition of Kephalodoron® 0.1% is suitable for treating these complaints.In the case of inflammatory reactions, such as those that can occur in the blood vessels in the brain during a migraine, quartz helps to reseal the blood vessels that have become too permeable during a migraine attack.

Application

Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor, adults and adolescents aged 12 and over can take 1-2 tablets 1 to 3 times a day.Children aged 5 years and over should take 1 tablet 1 to 3 times daily.The tablets are swallowed whole with water.

Treatment of an acute illness should be completed after 2 weeks.If there is no improvement within 3 days, you should consult a doctor.The duration of treatment for chronic illnesses should be discussed with a doctor.If you have any new, persistent or unclear symptoms, you should also consult a doctor.

Notes

The product contains lactose and wheat starch.Please note the package leaflet.

Kephalodoron® 0.1% tablets must not be used in cases of hypersensitivity to wheat or any of the other ingredients or in children under 1 year of age due to the ingredient Mel (honey).The tablets should not be used in children aged 1 to 5 years as there is no adequately documented experience.

Please do not use the medicine after the expiry date stated on the pack or outer packaging.The expiry date refers to the last day of the specified month.

Ingredients

Active ingredient: 1 tablet contains 20 mg Ferrum-Quartz Trit.D2 (HAB, SV 6).1 g of original substance contains: Ferrum sulfuricum 0.64 g, Mel 0.32 g, Vinum 0.02 g and Quartz 0.16 g.

Other ingredients: lactose monohydrate, wheat starch, calcium behenate.
