Blow your nose “correctly”!If you have a stuffy nose, don't blow too hard or both sides of your nose at the same time!The correct method is to pinch one nostril shut and clean the other, then switch nostrils.This avoids excessive pressure, which could potentially push the secretion into the sinuses.The nose is gently cleared of mucus and cold symptoms are alleviated.

If you are hypersensitive to any of the above ingredients, the product should not be used.

Dosage

Recommended dosage: Children between 5-11 years: 3x1 coated tablet daily.Adults and adolescents aged 12 and over: 3x2 tablets daily.Take Sinupret whole and with a little liquid, e.g.B. a glass of water.The Sinupret tablet can be taken regardless of meals.

Intake

The preparation is swallowed whole 3 times a day (morning, lunch, evening) with a little liquid (e.g. a glass of water).It can be taken with food, with drinks or independently of meals.If you have a sensitive stomach, it is best to take the medicine after meals.

Patient information

Particular caution is required when taking the medication: If symptoms last longer than 7 - 14 days or recur periodically, a doctor should be consulted.The medicine should not be used in children under 6 years of age.There are currently no sufficient studies on the use of the preparation in children under 6 years of age.No special precautions are required.
