Very good prevention! I always use the nasal rinse when I notice a cold coming on and so far I have always been able to avoid getting really ill. Very effective !

We have been using Emser nasal salts for many years to cleanse and care for the nose. It is easy to use thanks to the sachets and is simply good for both summer and winter.

I have been using this nasal rinsing salt for many, many years. Perfectly portioned for the nasal douche from the pharmacy. Very practical as you always have the right amount and can't get too much salt, which would be very bad for the sinuses. Great product.

Despite preventative use, I have now become ill with an infection. Would still recommend the product as it moisturises the nasal walls and that can't do any harm. Easy to use and very well tolerated. Tip: shake the salt in the nasal douche long enough to prevent it from settling at the bottom and then flowing through the nose in concentrated form. It then stings unpleasantly for a short time. Tested for you ;)
