Directions for use of the article Parontal F5 med: Parontal F5 med is a traditional medicine used to support the function of the mucous membrane in the mouth and throat. It contains 65% alcohol by volume and should therefore be used with caution. This medicine comes in the form of a concentrate and should always be used according to the package leaflet or the doctor's or pharmacist's instructions. The recommended dose is 15 to 30 drops each morning and evening, diluted in 1/3 glass of lukewarm water and used for mouth rinsing. In principle, the duration of use is not limited, but a doctor should be consulted if signs of illness appear. Parontal F5 med should be kept out of the reach of children and should not be used after the expiry date. It is not necessary to store this medicinal product under special storage conditions. After opening, it can be used for a maximum of 6 months. Parontal F5 med contains the active ingredients phenyl (2-hydroxybenzoate), eugenol, thymol, sage oil, mint oil and clove oil. Other ingredients are ethanol 96 %, sodium fluoride, macrogolglycerol ricinoleate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, hydrochloric acid and purified water. Allergic reactions may occur.
