Echtrosept Tropfen is a homeopathic medicine for the treatment of colds. It contains the active ingredients Apis mellifica, Bryonia, Echinacea purpurea, Eupatorium perfoliatum, Lachesis and Thuja occidentalis. The product should be used according to the package leaflet and a doctor should be consulted if symptoms persist or fever exceeds 39°C. The recommended dosage is 5 drops every half to one hour, maximum 6 times daily. In chronic forms of the disease, it is recommended to take 5 drops 1-3 times a day.
