Argentum Nitricum D12 Globuli is a homeopathic medicine without specific therapeutic indication. It is used according to the similarity principle of homeopathy, in which a substance that triggers a certain clinical picture in a high dose supports the body's self-healing powers in comparable complaints in homeopathic dilution. The application is individually adapted to the patient. The medicinal product contains the active substance Argentum Nitricum in the homeopathic dilution D12, as well as sucrose as other ingredient. It is recommended to take 5-10 globules 1-3 times a day. Infants up to the age of 1 receive one third of the adult dose, toddlers up to the age of 6 half and children between 6 and 12 two thirds of the adult dose. The globules should be taken half an hour before or after meals. The remedy must not be used in case of hypersensitivity to one of the ingredients. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor or homeopath before use. As with all homeopathic medicines, temporary exacerbations of symptoms may occur. In this case, the medicine should be discontinued. In case of persistent, unclear or newly appearing complaints, a doctor or homeopath should be consulted.
