The product has often helped me with gum inflammation. Unfortunately, I often suffer from canker sores. Simply let it dissolve under the tongue several times a day (preferably a few minutes after brushing your teeth) or "on an empty mouth". The aphthae then lasted much shorter than without the product. Newly appearing aphthae did not grow at all. However, it does not help as well without adequate dental hygiene.
