Summary: milgamma® 300 mg film-coated tablets are a neuropathy preparation used for the treatment of neurological systemic diseases due to a deficiency of vitamins B1 and B6. The tablets contain benfotiamine and pyridoxine hydrochloride as active ingredients, which are important nutrients for the nerve cells and counteract the undersupply of these vitamins to the nerve cells. The recommended dosage for adults is 1 tablet per day, but can be increased to up to 3 tablets per day in acute cases. The tablets should be taken with sufficient liquid. After 4 weeks at the latest, the attending physician should decide on the further dosage. Storage should be protected from light and below 25 °C.
