Petroleum rectificatum D 12 tablets is a homeopathic medicinal product for which no therapeutic indication is given. It contains the active substance Petroleum rectificatum in potency D 12. The tablets also contain lactose and wheat starch as excipients. For self-treatment, please note that in case of persistent, unclear or new complaints, a doctor should be consulted in order to exclude possibly serious diseases. There are no known restrictions on the use of Petroleum Rectificatum D 12. During pregnancy and lactation, the medicinal product should only be used after consultation with a doctor. No special precautions are required for use and there are no known interactions with other medicines. It is recommended not to take homeopathic medicines for a long time without medical advice. If larger quantities are taken, gastrointestinal complaints may occur, especially in people with lactose intolerance. So far, no side effects are known. In case of initial aggravation of the existing complaints, the medicinal product should be discontinued and a doctor consulted. The shelf life of the medicinal product is stated on the packaging.
