I have been taking this product for 10 days for pain in both hands. I take 2 tablets twice a day. So far there has been no improvement, but I think that the effect needs time to develop. I like the fact that devil's claw is a herbal remedy! Ordering was very simple. Delivery was also very fast. The order was very uncomplicated. I only give 3 stars because of the effect shown.
