The syringe has a Luer-Lok hub and a volume of 10 ml. The hub is centered and the graduation is divided into 0.2 ml increments.It is important to ensure the integrity of the packaging and not to use the syringe if the individual packaging is damaged.The syringe is pyrogen-free and not suitable for oral use.After single use, it should be disposed of in a designated sharps disposal container.

Special features

The syringe consists of three parts and has a tight-fitting double sealing ring.The Luer-Lok approach ensures a secure connection between the syringe and the cannula.The syringe plunger slides easily and smoothly, allowing for accurate volume readings.The syringe barrel and plunger rod are made of polypropylene, while silicone oil serves as the plunger lubricant.The products numbered 309628, 309658, 309649 and 300912 are gamma sterilized, all other products are EO-sterilized.The syringe is packaged sterile in individual packaging, is intended for single use and is both latex-free and PVC--free.

Instructions for use

If you need to transport the filled syringe to the patient, first cover the cannula securely with the cannula protective cap.A puncture injury with a contaminated needle can lead to serious illnesses such as HIV, AIDS, hepatitis or other infectious diseases.The cannula protective cap should not be pushed onto the cannula with force as the cannula could pierce the protective cap and cause an injury.Place the needle on the syringe, press it firmly and turn it clockwise.The protective cap should be pulled straight off.Reusing the syringe may result in infection or other illnesses.The syringe should not be autoclaved.
