Goldtropfen-W is a homeopathic medicine for the improvement of functional cardiovascular disorders. It contains the active ingredients Aurum chloratum Dil. D6, Crataegus Ø and Digitalis purpurea Dil. D4. The recommended dosage for acute conditions is 5 drops every half to one hour, at most 6 times a day. In chronic conditions, 5 drops should be taken 1-3 times a day. The duration of use should not be prolonged without medical advice. The medicinal product contains 32% alcohol by volume.
