Directions for use of the article Mowiberon Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Mowiberon capsules are a food supplement with vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, folic acid, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, choline, inositol and vitamin E. The increased vitamin requirement can occur in cases of polyneuropathies, neuralgia, stress or higher performance requirements, among others. There may also be an insufficient supply of B vitamins, e.g. in vegetarian or vegan diets, chronic diseases or intensive sports. The capsules contain sunflower oil, gelatine, nicotinamide, glycerine, D-alpha-tocopherol, choline bitartrate, calcium-D-pantothenate, thiamine mononitrate, coconut oil, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, inositol, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-biotin, methylcobalamin, dibasic calcium phosphate, lecithin (sunflower), and colouring agents. The recommended intake is 1 capsule per day. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
