How to use Ladival?

Apply the sun protection gel generously before sunbathing.Remember the 11-finger rule: Take two stroke lengths for each leg, two for the back, one for the chest, stomach and each arm, and one for the face, neck and throat.One line length corresponds to a line of cream from the tip of the middle finger to the base of the wrist.Apply cream to all open areas a few minutes before sunbathing and no longer cover these areas with textiles until the cream has completely absorbed.Repeat the application after bathing, sweating or drying off.Do not massage the cream in, otherwise it may lose its effectiveness.
