Mulimen S mixture is a homeopathic medicine used to treat menstrual cramps and mood disorders. It contains a mixture of active ingredients such as Vitex agnus-castus, Ambra grisea, Hypericum perforatum, Cimicifuga racemosa, Kalium carbonicum, Gelsemium sempervirens, Sepia officinalis and Calcium carbonicum Hahnemanni.
