Instructions for use for the Exakt tablet divider: The Exakt tablet divider is a practical device with which tablets can be divided easily and reliably. It is important to note that not all tablets may be divided. Therefore, please check the instructions for use beforehand or ask your pharmacist. Here are the instructions for using the tablet divider. 1: 1. place the tablet divider on a flat surface and flip open the lid until the top tray is vertical. Place the opened tablet divider on the table or hold it in a slightly tilted position so that the tablet to be divided can slide between the V-shaped holding bars. 3. Place the tablet to be divided loosely between the V-shaped holding bars in the lower part of the tablet divider. Make sure that the tablet is not jammed. 4. Close the lid with moderate pressure. For thick and hard tablets, you should also grip the tablet divider on the hinge side with your thumb and forefinger. 5. Make sure that the tablet is between the V-shaped holding bars during the division. 6. Open the tablet divider and take out the tablet that has been divided exactly. The other half can be stored in the storage compartment of the tablet divider if it is not taken immediately. It is important to note that the splitting behaviour of tablets can vary and is not always predictable. Make sure that the tablet divider does not get into the hands of children.
