Instructions for use of the article Sodium Phosphate Braun Mpc Infusion Solution Concentrate Sodium Phosphate Brown Concentrate is used to treat phosphate deficiency. It is a concentrated solution of sodium phosphate for intravenous administration. Before using Sodium Phosphate Brown, certain precautions should be observed, especially in conditions that require sodium intake to be withheld. The dosage of Sodium Phosphate Brown is based on the need for correction and the maximum infusion rate should not exceed 20 mmol of phosphate per hour. It is administered intravenously, but care should be taken that the concentration of solutes in the peripheral veins does not exceed a certain limit to prevent induration and calcification of the tissues. Side effects of sodium phosphate brown may include increased sodium levels in the blood. In the event of an overdose, lowered calcium levels in the blood and increased sodium levels may occur. Sodium phosphate brown should not be used in the case of certain contraindications, such as increased phosphate levels in the blood, increased sodium levels in the blood, decreased calcium levels in the blood and disorders of kidney function.
